Born and raised in Cincinnati, I spent my youth traveling across the country with my father in cars over half a century old. It was during these trips that I was taken by photography; firing shots with my father's Pentax K1000 and learning the basics of aperture, metering and composition was what I did to pass the time. I am older now, I've moved to Colorado, and rock climbing has become an integral part of my being, but my love for photography and travel hasn't changed much (although my rig is a hell of lot nicer!).
